Tiana brings both legal insight and systems fluency to every engagement, along with a strong commitment to racial equity and community voice.
She currently serves as Board Chair of the Colorado Fiscal Institute and as a board member for The Civic Canopy, helping steward statewide conversations around economic justice and cross-sector collaboration. Known for her clarity, candor, and coalition-building, Tiana partners with a growing network of researchers, designers, and community leaders who share a commitment to purpose-driven strategy and tangible impact.
